- A - How many do I have to order?
One dozen is the minimum order for 4-oz VitaMuffins and 2-oz VitaTops, and 4 boxes of 4 2-oz VitaMuffins at this time. We suggest you consider ordering two dozen at a time (and freeze them) to help offset shipping costs.
- A - What flavors do you have?
CranBran (with real cranberries), BlueBran (with real blueberries) and MultiBran (with real raisins). We're very excited about our AppleBerry, with less sugar and more nutrients than an apple! It also has less sodium and and more potassium, so for our sodium-sensitive customers, this is the one! We also have Deep Chocolate, Golden Corn, Dark Chocolate Pomegranate with plant sterols for heart heath, Hungry Girl developed chocolate flavors: PB, Chocolate Chunk & Double Chocolate, sugar-free/low-carb Banana Nut & Velvety Chocolate, and VitaBrownie.
- A - Can I get a mixture with less than a dozen of each?
Yes - you can buy our variety pack, super sampler pack or VitaMuffin Treasure Chest.
- A - How do I store my VitaMuffins, VitaTops and VitaBrownies?
All VitaMuffins, VitaTops, and VitaBrownies are sent to you individually wrapped. We strongly recommend freezing them - they freeze very well for up to several months. You can then take them out to thaw as you need them (takes about 40 minutes) or place them in the microwave for 30 - 40 seconds for VitaMuffins or 10 - 15 seconds for VitaTops and VitaBrownies to thaw immediately. The VitaTops are terrific when they're toasted in the toaster.
- A - How do I care for my order?
The VitaMuffin and VitaTops you have just received were developed with 25 years of professional baking experience and health research. Our Objective: "to provide a delicious and nutritious breakfast and all day snack for people on-the-go" is the result of the successful combination of taste, health and convenience.
At Vitalicious, we are committed to using only natural ingredients without additives or preservatives. PLEASE FREEZE THEM UPON RECEIPT. A frozen VitaMuffin and VitaTops will remain delicious for several months.

- A - What are Sugar Alcohols?
Sugar Alcohols are chemical alcohols, but are derived from sugar molecules. They include sorbitol, mannitol, xylitol, lactitol, maltitol, and others. They vary in their sweetness, ranging from about half as sweet as sugar to about as sweet. Sugar alcohols, or polyols, may be used in place of sugar by most people on a low-carbohydrate diet or who have diabetes. Polyols are slowly and incompletely absorbed from the small intestine into the blood.
They are used in candy, chewing gum, and in some baked goods. Sugar alcohols have about half the calories of other nutritive sweeteners. They are called sugar alcohols because of their chemical structure. They do not contain alcohol. They are not included on the food label under grams of sugar but they are part of the ingredient list. Unlike sugar, they do not contribute to dental cavities. Sugar alcohols don't break down completely in the body, so they do not affect blood glucose levels.

- A - What's the best way to enjoy VitaMuffins and VitaTops?
Thaw at room temperature for about 60 minutes or remove them from their package and defrost for 40 seconds in the microwave.
VitaTops or 2-oz. VitaMuffins
Thaw at room temperature for about 30 minutes or remove them from their package and defrost for 10-15 seconds in the microwave.
You may want to try toasting the VitaTops – they are scrumptious! The Deep Chocolate VitaMuffin should be toasted lightly so the chocolate does not melt.
The others flavors can be toasted on medium for a crispy top and soft center. Yum!

- A - What is the shipping cost?
It varies based on where you live. The more you ship the less shipping costs per muffin. Vitalicious does not profit from any shipping costs, and we even subsidize shipments to the West at our expense to help keep your cost-per-order low.
- A - How do you ship Orders?
We ship by UPS. Options may include UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd-Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. Because our products are natural and contain no preservatives, some states cannot select UPS Ground at this time. The online checkout form provides more information on shipping options.
- A - What is the delivery time?
From 1 - 3 days. Depending on the geographic location all orders should be delivered within 1-3 business days from the day it was shipped. We usually ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to the West Coast and Midwest. On Wednesdays and Thursday we ship to North East. Click here for more info.
- A - I placed my order can you tell me when I will receive my products?
Our products are all natural and are shipped fresh between Monday and Thursday to ensure freshness. Each state has its own preordained weekday for shipments. Your order will be shipped on a certain weekday according to its destination. For example if you are on the West coast your order can be expected to be shipped on Monday or Tuesday. Depending on the geographic location all orders should be delivered within 1-3 business days from the day it was shipped. UPS WILL DELIVER BETWEEN 9AM-7PM ON THE SCHEDULED DELIVERY DATE-IF YOU ARE SHIPPING TO AN APARTMENT, PLACE OF BUSINESS, SCHOOL, GATED OR PRIVATE COMMUNITY OR COMMERCIAL ADDRESS A SIGNATURE WILL BE REQUIRED.
- A - I received my order and the box/products were damaged during shipping what should I do to address this?
We ship our orders through UPS and there are rare occurrences where packages are mishandled. Please contact Customer Service directly at 877-848-2877 and we will file a complaint with UPS and schedule a replacement order to be shipped to you on the next available shipping date for your state. Please be advised that UPS will contact you regarding the damaged parcel.
- A - I tracked my order and the UPS website indicates that it was shipped and delivered however I know for certain that I did not receive this order. What should I do?
First inquire with your neighbors and members of your household to make sure that they have not received the order on your behalf. If it is evident that you have not received the product please contact Customer Service and file your complaint. We will inform UPS and instruct them to place a tracer on your lost package. Upon receipt of the results (usually within 8 business days) we will schedule a ship date for your replacement order.
- A - Where can I have my order delivered?
We ship to all locations in the United States with the exception of Hawaii, Alaska APO's and FPO's. We do not ship to PO BOX addresses.
- A - What can cause a delay with the processing of my order?
There are several things that may cause a delay with the receipt of your order. Customers may enter an incorrect shipping address, no choice of flavors selected, possible duplication of order. If our Quality Control department is not satisfied with a particular batch we reserve the right to temporarily postpone orders until a satisfactory batch is processed. You can be assured that in such a situation a new batch will be processed ASAP and shipped to you in the next applicable date.
- A - Where is my confirmation email/UPS tracking information regarding my recent order?
Order Confirmation and UPS tracking information are sent via Auto-Generated emails. When placing your order please double check to ensure that the email address has been entered correctly. The emails are Auto-generated and may be detected as Spam by your email account so check your Junk Mail, Bulk Mail and Trash Folders for these important emails. Check the options menu in your email account in order to list our emails as a SAFE/Accepted emails in order to receive future emails.

- A - Is it safe to order online?
We wouldn't be selling like this if it wasn't. When you place an order through this site, you'll notice that your Web browser indicates a secure, or "encrypted" connection. This is why we have partnered with Yahoo to host our online store -- they are extremely experienced in providing safe and secure online services.
- A - I am online and I am having difficulty completing my order what should I do?
Some web browsers may make navigating our site difficult. We believe that Internet Explorer is the best browser to use. - A - I forgot to enter my discount code/my discount code was not applied to my subtotal what should I do?
Please make sure you are typing the discount code correctly and check to see if it has not expired or is for a specified product that you may not have selected If you are still experiencing difficulties with your discount code simply type the name of the discount code in the comments section (located at the bottom of the billing checkout page). Once your order is reviewed after being downloaded in to our system we will apply the correct amount to the Credit Card that was charged for the purchase.
