Unfortunately we do not send out free samples for our products due to the cost of shipping with dry ice. Q: What is your refund policy? The VitaPizza will remain fresh for a year in a freezer. Delivery Q: Why do you ship orders only to certain areas? Because of higher temperatures, Vitalicious will be unable to ship VitaPizzas and VitaSandwiches to your area starting next week until the first week of October. These items are shipped using dry ice, which evaporates before the product can be delivered. If you would like to place an order for our Vitapizzas or Vitasandwiches before October, you must place your order by Sunday May 19th 11:59 PM EST. After that you’ll only be able to purchase these items in select supermarkets until these items are available on-line in October. We are required to ship our VitaPizzas with dry ice to prevent spoilage of their cheese, tomato sauce, and veggies. Q: Why does Vitalicious ship VitaPizzas separately from its other products? Vitalicious products other than VitaPizzas and VitaPizza bundles are shipped regular three-day ground delivery for cost efficiency. Other than VitaPizzas, all our products are completely safe to eat when shipped over three days. Q: How long does it take to receive my order? Your package arrives in 1-3 business day from the day we received your order. Keep in mind, orders placed on weekdays after 1pm and on weekends will ship out on next business day. Q: Do I need to be home to receive my order? No, UPS will leave the package at the door, still chilled in our insulated container.
